I contacted the listing agent, Joe Mayo IV, and made an appointment that afternoon to see the house. Joe met me at his office and went over the details of the home, then took a short ride to the address and took the tour. The house was once a life-saving station, and Joe pointed out all the historic points of interest, and was very knowledgeable of the condition of the house and property. When we made the decision to make an offer on the house, Joe and his father, Joe Mayo III (broker/owner of the agency), patiently walked us through the process and the deal was sealed. Both Joe and his father answered every question we had, and if they didn't have the answer right away, got back to us that day. Buying a home at the shore post-Sandy can be a daunting proposition but both Joe's helped every step of the way. They also provided us with local contractors who completed work needed to be done before settlement, even at some cost to themselves. Tenacious. There were many hurdles in selling my father's house and Andrea was on top of every obstacle. She contacted mold remediation specialists, plumbers, HVAC, lawyers, utilities, etc. and kept me on task on following up with everything I had to do. Great communicator. Never felt like I was alone in this difficult process. Needed to sell quickly and she delivered. Pleasure to work with and I recommend her highly.

I purchased 4 homes and have been involved in many more transactions. I used so called "top rated" real estate agents-- that left me feeling less than satisfied. I called Jillian off her sign and thought "oh no" when I saw a young realtor arrive (shame on me). Boy was I mistaken. Jillian is the best realtor that I have ever worked with- full stop.
